WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING:

• Development of our great, sustainable Gardening products (find out more about our Kronus and Upyard brands)
• Provide self-cost calculations for new and existing products
• Prepare CAPEX requests for new equipment for new products (RAW payback calculation)
• Optimize production processes for current products
• Communicate with purchase and production to ensure information quality
• To participate in new product Brainstorms and new product development process

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• At least two years of experience in a similar position wording with wooden materials
• Engineer education (preferably Wooden producing)
• Professional English and Latvian language knowledge. Russian or other language knowledge would be a great advantage
• Initiative and a high sense of responsibility
• Orientation to detail and result-driven personality
• Knowledge of the Wood processing technology
• Ability to propose a solution to realize customer need in our production in the most efficient way
