YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:
- Developing creative sales strategies that will attract and retain customers for Upyard products
- Inspiring and leading sales team to reach new heights of success and job satisfaction
- Improving sales processes and systems to make the sales team's work more accessible, more efficient, and more rewarding
- Helping to achieve financial goals by contributing to the preparation and execution of the sales budget
- Create achievable but challenging performance targets and objectives for the sales team, and celebrate their successes along the way
- Empowering the sales team by analyzing their sales reports and results, providing helpful feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Working collaboratively with sales representatives to provide top-notch customer experiences and resolve any issues that arise
- Create a developing and supportive environment where the sales team can learn, grow, and succeed as individuals and as a team
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading a sales team in the DIY, FMCG, or a similar consumer goods industry
- Professional fluency in English and Latvian. Additional knowledge of other languages would be a great asset *
- The ability to build and improve efficient and measurable sales processes, using various sales and negotiation techniques, including KPIs and OKRs
- A proven track record of successful sales in a fast-paced international environment
- A focus on building long-lasting cooperation and managing relationships with clients and team members
- The ability to lead, inspire and support a proactive and successful sales team
- The ability to set targets and monitor progress towards achieving them
- A confident personality with the ability to implement change in the company
- A proactive, motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented personality
