YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:

• Creating and managing cross-project working graphs to ensure seamless project coordination and resource allocation
• Monitoring and controlling project terms, ensuring timelines, milestones, and results as expected
• Decomposing projects according to established criteria, breaking down complex tasks into manageable components
• Skillfully managing resource conflicts, making strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation across projects
• Performing comprehensive project administration, maintaining accurate documentation, reports, and project-related communications

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Demonstrated experience in development project management for a minimum of five years
• Experience in leading complex projects, from idea stage to implementation, organizing and optimizing resources and establishing clear priorities
• Strong knowledge in project management methodologies
• Proficiency in both English and Latvian languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills, other language knowledge will be considered an advantage*
• Higher education degree in a relevant field
• Effective communication skills, stress resistance, conflict management skills, and customer orientation
