YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:
- Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Provide support to the Sales Team in integrating CRM tools and processes into their daily workflow
- Coordinate and collaborate with sales support employees to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer management
- Train employees on the effective use of sales tools and CRM workflows, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize productivity and sales performance
- Develop workflows and processes that improve sales velocity and streamline the sales pipeline
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and tools, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience work experience in customer service or project management
- Professional fluency in English and Latvian. Additional knowledge of other languages will be considered as advantage *
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
