BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (India)

KRONUS is an international manufacturer of wooden pallets and industrial packaging solutions, supplying customers across Europe and global markets.
We are expanding our commercial presence in India and looking for a Business Development Specialist to develop new business opportunities in the Mumbai–Pune industrial region.

Develop a sales pipeline from scratch in the Mumbai–Pune region.
Identify and approach potential customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Conduct cold outreach, customer meetings, and plant visits to understand customer needs.
Generate first sales opportunities for pallets and pallet collars.
Manage the full sales process from first contact to first order.
Build relationships with procurement, supply chain, logistics, and plant management stakeholders.
Provide regular market feedback and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

5+ years of B2B international sales experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Experience in new business development and field sales in international environment.
Strong hunter mindset and ability to acquire new customers independently.
Good understanding of manufacturing or supply chain environments.
Strong communication skills and fluent English.*
Willingness to travel frequently within the Mumbai–Pune region.
Valid driving license; own car preferred.
