How does the selection process happen?
On our part, we will provide you as a candidate with a fair and honest evaluation of your competencies and skills during the selection process. How exactly does this happen? Colleagues from our personnel development department regularly update their knowledge of personnel selection methods, and department heads are trained to select and evaluate candidates in accordance with KRONUS values, avoiding stereotypes or prejudices.
In order to ensure the highest quality possible of the selection process, our personnel development department team regularly analyses the results of their work, makes improvements and sets new goals for themselves.

Steps of the selection process
Application
Apply using your LinkedIn profile and/or your CV. If we have added questions to the vacancy, we will ask you to answer them; a motivation letter is not mandatory unless specifically indicated. After evaluating the received applications, the recruiter will select the candidates to start the conversation with.
Step one
Step one in the selection process is a conversation with a recruiter over the phone or via MS Teams or another communication platform. During the conversation, you will get additional information about KRONUS and the vacancy, and we will also ask questions about your previous work experience and expectations regarding your next workplace.
Step two
Step two is a conversation, during which you will have the opportunity to meet your potential future manager. The purpose of this conversation is to understand in depth your competences in relation to the offered vacancy, as well as to provide you with a broader insight into the job duties.
Step three
In the third step of the selection process, we will ask you to complete an online personality test and an intellectual ability test provided by the Estonian company Tripod. After conducting the tests, we will discuss the test results with you, including the potential direct manager.
Step four
In step three of the selection process, depending on the vacancy, we will ask you to complete a test or homework, and we may ask for the contacts of previous employers to obtain references. If the vacancy requires close cooperation with the production department, then a tour of the production plant will also be organized.
Step five
Step four is the final conversation among a wider circle of colleagues. From our side, we will invite colleagues with whom closer cooperation is planned on a daily basis, as this will give you the opportunity to get to know your potential new colleagues, to feel the team atmosphere, and for your colleagues to get to know you!
Step six
With the cooperation of the recruiter and potential direct manager, we will collect all the previously obtained information and opinions and, in the case of a positive decision, we will make you a job offer!

Unfortunately, we do not accept applications by email. Please apply for the vacancy by referring to the advertisement published on the career page. When applying for a vacancy through the career page, we ensure that your application is reviewed only by the personnel selection team, and it does not cause unnecessary delays in communication with you!

To help us get to know you better, you can add a motivation letter to your CV. If no other documents are specifically requested in the ad, it is not mandatory to attach them.

You will receive an automatic reply stating that we have received your application. We review applications on a regular basis and aim to contact each candidate as soon as possible, however this may take up to 3 weeks from the time of application.

If the vacancy is no longer available on the careers page, the most suitable candidate has already been selected and we will not accept new applications.
