Pavel started his career in the service industry, but due to COVID-19 and personal changes, he ended up in the KRONUS work environment. Gunta has been working in the company for more than three years. She is pleased to work at KRONUS because of the opportunity to work with a great team and receive a high level of motivation from the management. The opportunity to work as the head of the Learning and Development Department is considered a great honor and challenge, which includes responsibility for the development of the training center's employees and other functions. Gunta is also active outside of work. She loves to travel, pick mushrooms, attend theater performances, and she is an animal lover.
