Kristīne Rāte, LEAN project manager
As a LEAN project manager, Kristines daily life is full of improvements and changes. She teaches our employees how to do things more efficiently while saving time and money. She also has an unusual passion - winter swimming. Kristine is a winter swimming enthusiast and has even started her swimming club. In the conversation, she says that she can combine professional work with passion, which gives her adrenaline and strength. Her improvements can be used in work and personal life, significantly improving creativity and results. Kristine's motto is "Do it well the first time!"

Gatis Kuzmins, Procurement Specialist
Gatis speaks about KRONUS with great pride. His career at KRONUS started thanks to a friend who already worked in production and encouraged him to join the company. His career in the company started with simple manual work, but now we know him as a purchasing specialist. Gatis is an example of how, by making efforts and thinking creatively, you can achieve growth and development both at work and in your personal life. One of Gatis biggest hobbies is kayaking. He wants to spend as much time as possible on the water. It gives him energy and allows him to relax at the same time. His life philosophy, "Nothing is impossible," is inspiring and motivating to all who want to prove themselves and achieve higher goals.

Pāvels Linkēvičs, Teamleader/Warehouse Manager
Pavel started his career in the service industry, but due to COVID-19 and personal changes, he ended up in the KRONUS work environment. Here, he appreciates the financial stability, the opportunity to work in a team, and the challenges presented to him. He acknowledges the support of his managers, which he has had both when learning new job duties and when working with colleagues. In his free time, he prefers proper rest and spending time in nature. In the warm period of the year, going on motorcycle trips is an essential part of everyday life. His life motto is – "Movement is life!" – and he also emphasizes the need to follow your goals and maintain balance in life.

Ritvars Kalniņš, Saw operator
Ritvars works in a company and perceives work as something more than a source of earning money. He thinks of his daily work as physical training because the working day is filled with movement and active work. He shares his success in running, pointing to records he has achieved and plans for the future. Ritvars has set a Latvian record in the 24-hour race. Charity and participation in charity runs are also important to Ritvars, which gives him additional satisfaction. He explains that running helped him eliminate bad habits and that sports play a significant role in his life. Ritvars likes to live according to a plan and believes that the formula for happiness in his life is running.

Artemijs Timošenko, Operations Manager
KRONUS for Artemijs is associated with a new culture and challenges. Starting his career at KRONUS, his first experience was very positive despite the intensive selection process, which allowed him to explore himself and the company. At work, he appreciates the opportunity to make improvements and work together with the team. He mostly spends his free time with his family, traveling or on motorcycle rides. Artemijs future goals are not yet fully defined, but he likes his current position very much. The most significant advantages of KRONUS are the team and the attitude towards people. His life motto is: "If you don't try, you won't know!"

Oskars Toniņš, Teamleader
For Oskars, KRONUS is more than just a workplace. The company and colleagues are like a second family for him, where he has gained both career and personal growth. He has gone from machine operator to manager, developed the "Book of Wonders," and added new machines to the production floor. Oskars confirms that KRONUS provides an opportunity to learn, improve processes, and offer ideas that are supported. He has excellent cooperation and mutual trust with his team. He tries to live positively and be ready for all life's challenges. Oskars life motto is: " Don't make problems. Find a solution!"

Juris has held several positions in his career at KRONUS, from working in the pallet station to obtaining the production manager position. He considers KRONUS his second home and tries very hard to improve and learn using the opportunities offered by the company. He acknowledges the company's support for his professional growth and expresses great joy at the collective unity. He has a wide range of interests, including fishing and traveling, as well as spending time with his family. He tries to achieve the best results and compete with himself, trying to reach new records and increase his performance. Juris life motto is "Only forward!"

Gunta Špīse, head of the Training and Development Department
Gunta has been working in the company for more than three years. She is pleased to work at KRONUS because of the opportunity to work with a great team and receive a high level of motivation from the management. The opportunity to work as the head of the Learning and Development Department is considered a great honor and challenge, which includes responsibility for the development of the training center's employees and other functions. Gunta is also active outside of work. She loves to travel, pick mushrooms, attend theater performances, and she is an animal lover. One of her favorite leisure activities is dancing Latvian folk dances.
