Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers for pallets, pallet collars, and related wooden packaging materials in target markets
Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial conditions
Analyze supplier proposals and costs, monitor product quality, track market trends, and identify cost‑saving opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, visit them regularly to improve cooperation and optimize purchased products
Verify product quality before delivery in accordance with KRONUS standards and ensure supplier compliance with requirements
Develop procurement strategies, monitor KPIs, ensure on‑time deliveries, resolve claims, and continuously improve procurement processes.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B procurement, sourcing, or supplier base development in manufacturing company
Fluent English, Polish and Lithuania language, any other language knowledge would be a great advantage*
Strong understanding of the timber or wooden packaging industry (advantage)
Good understanding of delivery terms, logistics, and supply chain planning
Experience working with suppliers and managing negotiations
Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills. A person who is not afraid of cold calls
Excellent MS Office skills
Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently for supplier visits

Gross salary from 2400,- to 2600,- EUR per month + bonuses for reaching KPI's
