• Lead logistics operations by ensuring efficient, timely and cost‑effective movement of materials and finished goods across all logistics flows.

• Develop long‑term logistics strategy that supports business growth, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Drive process innovation by implementing modern tools, digital solutions and best practices to enhance logistics performance.

• Strengthen cooperation with partners by maintaining productive relationships with transport companies, customs brokers and suppliers to ensure reliability and service quality.

• Lead and develop the logistics team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and professional growth.

• Monitor and achieve logistics KPIs by ensuring transparency, performance tracking and timely delivery of operational targets.

• Ensure compliance and manage risks by overseeing adherence to international logistics regulations and proactively addressing operational risks.

• 5+ years of experience as a Logistics Manager in an international manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Professional English and Latvian knowledge, other language knowledge would be a great advantage*.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast needs and make strategic decisions.

• Expertise in international logistics including customs procedures, export/import regulations and global transportation flows.

• Leadership excellence demonstrated through team management, coaching and performance development.

• ERP and digital tools proficiency with readiness to drive digitalization initiatives.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strategic thinking with the ability to align logistics operations with broader business goals.
