Lead logistics operations by ensuring efficient, timely and cost‑effective movement of materials and finished goods across all logistics flows.
Develop long‑term logistics strategy that supports business growth, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Drive process innovation by implementing modern tools, digital solutions and best practices to enhance logistics performance.
Strengthen cooperation with partners by maintaining productive relationships with transport companies, customs brokers and suppliers to ensure reliability and service quality.
Lead and develop the logistics team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and professional growth.
Monitor and achieve logistics KPIs by ensuring transparency, performance tracking and timely delivery of operational targets.
Ensure compliance and manage risks by overseeing adherence to international logistics regulations and proactively addressing operational risks.

5+ years of experience as a Logistics Manager in an international manufacturing or industrial environment.
Professional English and Latvian knowledge, other language knowledge would be a great advantage*.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast needs and make strategic decisions.
Expertise in international logistics including customs procedures, export/import regulations and global transportation flows.
Leadership excellence demonstrated through team management, coaching and performance development.
ERP and digital tools proficiency with readiness to drive digitalization initiatives.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinking with the ability to align logistics operations with broader business goals.
