SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist in Shanghai to coordinate procurement, logistics, and international shipments from China to global markets.
Source, purchase, and manage suppliers in China for wooden packaging materials, ensuring quality and reliability.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
Organize domestic and international transport, including coordination with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
Manage export operations, customs documentation, and warehouse inventory for smooth deliveries.
Monitor the entire supply chain to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulations.
Higher education in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
At least 3 years of supply chain experience in an international company (preferably European).
Experience with international shipments and export operations.
Chinese – fluent (C1/C2), English – B2/C1 (written and spoken)*.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Strong negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
