EXPORT SALES DIRECTOR (German speaking)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for team aligned with packaging sales goals
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team: hiring, coaching, and developing
- Drive revenue growth through effective techniques, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Foster strong relationships with clients and participate in strategic negotiations
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions to adjust and optimize sales strategies
- Define and track KPIs, create sales reports, and lead business reviews
- Oversee training programs to improve team capabilities and sales process efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, marketing, and logistics teams
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 5+ years’ experience in leading export B2B sales team
- Fluent in English, Latvian and German, Russian preferred*
- Higher professional education (Bachelor's or Master’s)
- Strong background in international markets and client portfolio development
- Good knowledge in CRM and MS Office
- Proven leadership experience and people management skills
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
- Hands on approach and desire to build long lasting cooperation with clients
