• Assist in the month-end closing process, including collecting, structuring, and updating financial data from systems.
• Prepare and update analytical and sales reports.
• Participate in budget processes, supporting Financial Controllers and other departments with information, reports, and templates.
• Maintain and update finance databases and BI tools.
• Provide support to other departments on finance-related questions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
• Fluency in Latvian and English (both written and spoken) is required. Any additional language is considered a great advantage.*
• Confident mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). Experience with Power Query is considered a strong advantage.
• Soft skills: a high sense of responsibility, strong attention to detail, a team player mindset, accuracy and punctuality.
