Become part of our Gardening Department and support the successful delivery of UPYARD products to international DIY retail customers!

• Preparing offers for customers, including quantity and technical details

• Managing customer orders in CRM system and communication with logistics department to ensure smooth delivery

• Maintaining customer files and update information in our supplier portals

• Communication with production and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of orders

• Participation in Stock Keeping Unit creation in CRM system to ensure accuracy of product information

• Professional English and Latvian knowledge, other language knowledge would be a great advantage *

• At least 2 years experience in customer service related jobs

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes preferred
