As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in international recruitment processes while learning from experienced HR professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment!

• Supporting candidate screening and interview coordination

• Conducting first steps of the recruitment process, including phone interviews and first-round interviews

• Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Assisting with job advertisements and recruitment administration

• Supporting onboarding and other HR coordination activities

• Assisting in employer branding, internal event organization, training and communication materials

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes

• Professional Latvian and English language skills

• A people-oriented personality who enjoys communication and teamwork

• Confidence to proactively reach out to candidates and communicate by phone

• Willingness to learn and develop in an international environment

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Dynamic and exciting work experience at leading wooden packaging manufacturer
