Become part of our IT team and grow from supporting EDI processes to becoming an expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Bitrix24, and SharePoint. This is a unique opportunity for a student in their final years of study or a recent graduate looking for a long-term development path in business systems administration and support.

• Manage and support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes with customers, partners, and service providers.

• Monitor EDI transactions, investigate issues, and coordinate their resolution with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics AX, Bitrix24, and SharePoint, assisting users with day-to-day system-related requests.

• Participate in onboarding new customers, business partners, and system integrations.

• Create and maintain clear process documentation, user guides, and support procedures.

• Higher education completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Strong interest in IT systems, business applications, and process improvement.

• Fluency in English and Latvian; other language skills will be considered an advantage.*

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability and motivation to learn new systems quickly and grow into a broader business systems role.
